Shipping Policy
In the Dominican Republic, Zynk has its own delivery service, door to door, and all orders will be shipped between 1-3 business days.
All orders outside from Dominican Republic, are shipped using DHL express service and/or FEDEX, and have different shipping days, depending the location (see more when your personal information is provided to the system).
Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number; import duty or tax costs will be invoiced to you directly from DHL. The merchandise is insured with DHL / FEDEX during the transit time until the goods are delivered to the specific address of the customer, at which point, the responsibility of the purchased goods passes to you. If your order is not be delivered within the timeframe specified at ordering we will notify you and try to rectify the situation as quickly and practically as possible. All delivery time-frames stated are estimated and may be subject to change. Please note, for International deliveries, local import duties and charges may apply.
Returns & Exchange Policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Goods on "Sale" or "Last Call" are exempt from being returned. ZYNK reserves the right to of which ones can be returned.

Gift cards
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns and exchanges are free, however, we do not make refunds.
Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately, sale items cannot be.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@zynksportswear.com and send your item to: Zynk Sportswear, Gustavo Mejia Ricart No. 250, 809 Santo Domingo , Dominican Republic.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Zynk Sportswear, Gustavo Mejia Ricart No. 250, 809 Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic or contact us for and address in the United States. Manage/speak to the sales representative that took your order, for wholesale cases.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless you apply for free shipping and free returns policy. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
